Campbell recently released his final recording, "I'm Not Gonna Miss You," for the documentary Glen Campbell: I'll Be Me, which chronicles the music legend's struggles with Alzheimer's. With a career that spans nearly five decades, Campbell — known for '60s and '70s hits such as "Gentle on My Mind," "Galveston" and "Rhinestone Cowboy" — is being recognized for his contribution to the music industry. In 2005, he was induced into the Country Music Hall of Fame. He has released more than 70 albums and sold more than 45 million records.

The Hollywood Music in Media Awards highlights the best music in film, TV and video games. This year's ceremony will feature performances of "Lost Stars" by Begin Again composer and songwriter
